Chafary Jewelry provides a limited warranty for a specified duration from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that may arise during normal wear. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, alterations, or natural wear and tear.

The duration of our limited warranty varies depending on the type of jewelry and materials. Please refer to the specific warranty duration outlined below:

    • Sterling Silver Jewelry: 1 year from the date of purchase.
    • Gold and Platinum Jewelry: 2 years from the date of purchase.
    • Gemstone Jewelry: 2 years from the date of purchase.
  1. Warranty Services:
In the event that your Chafary jewelry experiences a covered manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the original piece is no longer available, we may offer a similar item of equal value.
 
  1. Exclusions:

The following scenarios are not covered by our warranty:

    • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or misuse.
    • Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
    • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or corrosive substances.
    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and tarnishing.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

If a warranty claim is approved, Chafary Jewelry will cover the cost of shipping and handling for the repaired or replacement item to be sent to you. You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item to us for assessment.
